Well, over the weekend I went out and bought a new computer… Let me correct that last statement I went out and bought the parts for a new computer. This will be the first computer that I have bought that needs to be assembled so I decided that I would get someone at the store to build it for me. I am still waiting for the store to call and let me know that it has been finished. I stopped by yesterday after trying to call a couple of times and was informed that the person who builds the computers has been on his weekend and will be back into the office today. So I sit here at work and wait for a phone call to let me know that the computer has been finished and that I can pick it up.
Since the store would be closing before I get off work(Boo to working till 10PM) I will have to try and pick it up before work otherwise I will have to wait until the weekend. Then the computer will sit in the back of my car for the next 10 hours while I work so it will have to defrost once I get home and since the OS needs to be installed it will be another day before I can get the thing up and working.
I am starting to think I should have just taken the components and tried to build the thing myself. Oh well, hindsight is 20-20.
I will post the specs of my new system once I have it through the door and running.
